365 People Ltd. in Hinckley is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Team Leader to manage the night operation, lead from the floor and drive team productivity. You will work Monday–Friday, 10:00pm–6:00am, on a permanent night shift with on-site parking.

Night Shift Warehouse Team Leader

Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader or Warehouse Supervisor looking for a permanent night shift with no rotating shift pattern?

We're recruiting for a Night Shift Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy and established logistics and distribution operation in Hinckley.

This is a genuine Deputy Lead position, working closely with the Section Leader to manage the day-to-day warehouse operation. You'll take responsibility for the team, productivity, performance and operational standards throughout the night shift.

You must be comfortable leading from the front. This isn't a desk-based management position - you'll be visible on the warehouse floor, supporting your team, allocating workloads, resolving problems and making sure the operation delivers.

You must have at least 3 years' experience leading a team within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment to be considered.

What You'll Be Doing
