Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited in Hinckley is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a small warehouse team and own daily operations, including picking, goods-in, packing, stock control and health & safety. The role offers autonomy to improve layouts and processes for greater efficiency.

The ideal candidate has prior warehouse supervision experience, is hands-on, and capable of identifying improvements. Sage experience is advantageous and familiarity with warehouse systems is desired.

Hinckley

A well-established business in Hinckley is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their small, friendly team.

This is a newly created Warehouse Supervisor role offering plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine difference. You'll oversee a small warehouse team while taking ownership of picking, goods-in, packing, stock control and the day-to-day running of the warehouse.

There is also an opportunity to improve and reorganise the warehouse layout and stock locations, putting better processes in place and helping the operation run more efficiently.

The Role

• Manage and support a small team of warehouse operatives.

About You

We're looking for someone with previous warehouse supervisory or senior warehouse experience, who is comfortable managing people and taking ownership of an operation.

You should be organised, hands-on and confident identifying areas for improvement.

Sage experience would be advantageous, although experience with other stock or warehouse systems will be considered.
