Job summary

Remarkable Jobs is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager for a busy night operation in Colnbrook, Berkshire. You will lead supervisors, agency staff and trainees to drive productivity, stock accuracy and safe, efficient night-time workflow.

You will own overnight performance, manage staffing, training and 1-2-1s, ensure stock integrity and prepare the operation for the next day. The role is hands-on, fast-paced and requires a proactive leader.

Warehouse Operations Manager Night Shift

Location: Colnbrook, Berkshire
Salary: Depending on Experience + Night Shift Allowance + Overtime
Hours: 40 hours per week rotating night shifts between 7:00pm and 7:00am

You ll take ownership of overnight performance, stock accuracy, workflow, safety and people management, ensuring the operation is ready for the following day.

What You ll Be Doing

• Managing warehouse workflow, returns, shortages and equipment movement.
