Job summary

Questech Recruitment Ltd is seeking a strong Night Shift Manager in Oakenshaw (BD12) to take ownership of a fast-paced warehouse operation overnight. This hands-on leadership role requires steering the team, driving performance and upholding high standards through the night.

You will lead, coach and develop staff, set KPIs with Shift Supervisors, monitor productivity and attendance, and provide clear shift reporting to senior management.

Night Shift Manager

Salary: £40,000

Hours: 10pm - 6am

Days: Sunday - Thursday

Location: BD12, Oakenshaw

The Role

We are looking for a strong and confident Night Shift Manager to take ownership of a challenging, fast-paced warehouse operation.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for leading the team, driving performance and maintaining high standards throughout the night.
