Cast UK Limited is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager (Nights) in Manchester to lead a busy night warehouse operation. You will supervise a team of Warehouse Supervisors and Team Leaders, ensuring safe, efficient processes and outstanding service levels across night shifts.

The role emphasizes driving KPI performance, staff development and maintaining high standards of health and safety while collaborating with transport and stock control teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop warehouse teams to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure orders are picked, loaded and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Drive productivity and performance through KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Manage attendance, performance and employee development.
• Deliver regular shift briefings and team engagement activities.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and warehouse standards.
• Champion a strong health & safety culture, completing audits and investigations where required.
• Work closely with transport, stock control and wider operations teams to ensure smooth shift performance.
