Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team and achieving KPIs.
• Knowledge of warehouse legislation, health & safety and audits.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Coaching the team to reach their full potential.
• Communicating openly and consistently, delivering key messages to the team at the right time.
• Managing recruitment, absence, performance conduct safety and service.
• Allocating work considering individual/team capability and legal driving hours to achieve targets.
