Job summary

Martin Brower UK & Ireland is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for night shifts (10pm-6am) in Heywood. The role is full-time and on-site, with a base salary of £14.55 per hour plus £12.23 per shift for leadership duties.

You will lead daily warehouse operations, support Team Leaders, and uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards. We value people-first culture and continuous improvement, offering development opportunities and a collaborative, inclusive workplace across a large logistics

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to balance priorities.
• Experience using warehouse management systems and MS Office.
• Experience in a unionised environment is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate daily warehouse activities to hit targets and KPIs.
• Provide guidance to Team Leaders and colleagues across the shift.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and quality processes.
• Monitor WMS and operational processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Promote a clean, safe environment across freezer, chill, and dry areas.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations and support teams to resolve issues.
• Encourage continuous improvement and develop the team.
