Job summary

Martin Brower UK & Ireland is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for night shifts (10pm–6am) at Heywood, on-site. You will guide daily warehouse operations, support Team Leaders and Operatives, and help maintain safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting warehouse teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities to meet targets and KPIs.
• Guide Team Leaders and colleagues with clear shift priorities.
• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and quality processes.
• Monitor WMS and operations for accuracy and efficiency.
• Promote a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse.
