Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Ellesmere Port is seeking an experienced Team Manager for our Distribution Centre. This hands-on leadership role will manage a team to deliver fast, accurate, and safe warehouse operations, reporting to the Shift Manager.

You will oversee KPI delivery, coach staff, run training, conduct interviews, and drive continuous improvement during Weekday Nights (Sun-Thu, 22:00-06:00). A strong background in warehousing is essential and a can-do attitude is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams.
• Proven ability to improve KPIs.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• Excellent communication and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop your team to deliver high service levels.
• Manage your section against KPI targets.
• Maintain high standards across the Distribution Centre, especially Health & Safety.
• Conduct development reviews and advise colleagues.
• Plan and manage staff training, conduct interviews and investigations when required.
