Job summary

B&M Retail in Runcorn is seeking a Team Manager for our Distribution Centre. This hands-on leadership role oversees a team of colleagues and reports to the Shift Manager, with a Sunday–Thursday Weekday Nights pattern.

You will lead, motivate and support your team to achieve high service levels, manage KPIs, maintain Health and Safety standards, and conduct development reviews. You’ll also plan training and handle interviews when required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in warehouse/logistics.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs and performance.
• Clear commitment to Health and Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support your team to deliver high service levels.
• Manage your section in terms of KPIs.
• Maintain high standards across the Distribution Centre, especially Health and Safety.
• Conduct development reviews and provide advice to colleagues where appropriate.
• Plan and manage staff training, conducting interviews and investigations as required.
