Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in the UK seeks a Team Manager for our distribution centre in Runcorn. This full-time, permanent role is hands-on leadership, reporting to the Shift Manager, with a Weekday Nights pattern Sunday to Thursday.

You will lead a team, drive fast, accurate warehouse service and ensure high standards in operations. The role includes training on internal systems, KPI management, performance reviews and developing staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proven ability to lead a team and develop colleagues.
• Strong KPI focus and performance drive.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to undergo in-house training.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support your team to deliver high service levels.
• Manage section KPI performance and standards.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards across the distribution centre.
• Conduct development reviews and counsel colleagues.
• Plan staff training and conduct interviews when required.
