Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Nights) for the B&Q operation in Preston Brook. You will lead the night shift, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient stock movement while delivering excellent service to the customer.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 20:00–06:00, with flexibility for operation needs. You will develop the team, drive performance, and support a culture of continuous improvement across the site; a night premium of 20% applies on top of base salary, with a salary

Qualifications

Experience supervising or managing teams in a warehouse or logistics setting.
Counterbalance FLT licence and flexibility to work in a busy operation.
Solid understanding of warehouse operations, loading processes and targets.
Good IT skills, including MS Office and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the night shift to achieve KPIs for service and productivity.
Ensure safe handling, loading and dispatch of stock with high customer service standards.
Foster health and safety culture and ensure site procedures are followed.
Monitor performance, attendance, investigations and team development.
Identify and implement continuous improvements to boost efficiency.
