DK Recruitment is seeking a Tenacious Night Shift Supervisor to lead a busy night operation in the West of England.

You will manage and motivate teams of 30–100 personnel across warehouse and transport, ensuring productivity targets are met, KPIs tracked, and health and safety standards maintained. Flexibility to work across varying night shift patterns is essential.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
