DCS Recruitment is seeking a Night Warehouse Team Leader to manage a busy night shift, ensuring orders are picked, packed, loaded and dispatched safely, accurately and on time. You will lead from the front on the warehouse floor, driving performance and maintaining high standards while supporting your team.

In this role you will motivate staff, allocate labour, monitor productivity, and uphold health and safety compliance, with weekends off and a clear path to progression in a growing operation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor, or Shift Manager.
• Strong people management skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Leads by example and is hands-on on the warehouse floor.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the night shift operation, leading a team to ensure orders are picked, loaded, and dispatched safely, accurately, and on time.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll be visible on the warehouse floor, driving performance, maintaining standards, and creating a culture where people can succeed.
