Job summary

Lineage is seeking an Operations Manager for our Belle Eau Park facility in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire. The role leads all operations, shifts, and departments to meet daily targets and uphold safety and quality standards.

You will drive continuous improvement in processes, equipment maintenance, and inventory management. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in large-scale operations, preferably in automation or temperature-controlled logistics, and can manage high‑performing teams

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to lead large teams across shifts.
Experience with temperature-controlled logistics or automation is preferred.
Strong IT literacy and ability to manage compliance systems.

Responsibilities

Lead all operational functions across shifts and departments.
Ensure health and food safety compliance, HACCP and audits.
Promote safety-first culture and maintain safety codes of practice.
Oversee training, documentation and compliance records.
Coordinate maintenance and engage with contractors and engineers.
Manage budgeting, labour scheduling, space and equipment, safety and sanitation.
Drive KPI achievement in cost, productivity, and customer service.
Analyse reports to identify trends and provide solutions.
Build relationships with internal departments and on-site clients.
