Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager for our Belle Eau Park facility in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire. You will direct and support shift and department managers to meet daily targets while ensuring safety, food safety, and quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in temperature-controlled logistics, and a track record of managing large teams. You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, and continuous improvement across warehousing operations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead large teams across shifts.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
• Experience with food safety systems and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational functions across shifts and departments.
• Oversee maintenance and engineering on site and coordinate with contractors.
• Plan labour, budgeting and space allocation to meet KPIs.
• Implement HACCP/compliance and maintain safety culture across the site.
