Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan labour, allocate resources and set production priorities.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation and best practices.
• Experience using KPIs and data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production teams to create a motivated, high-performing environment.
• Oversee daily operation of a busy manufacturing facility, meeting targets safely and efficiently.
• Plan labour and resources to meet production schedules and customer demands.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Coach supervisors and staff, provide feedback and drive performance improvements.
• Ensure health & safety standards are maintained and promote safety culture.
• Collaborate with senior management to implement process improvements and support growth.
