Job summary

James Latham in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Manager to run a busy night operation and ensure excellent customer service. You will lead a small team, organise training, and prioritise health and safety across the site.

The role covers loading, picking and stock management overnight, coordinating workloads to meet deadlines, and safeguarding stock, equipment and site security. You will thrive on organisation, motivation and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Warehouse Manager/Supervisor or similar.
• Strong people management skills and the ability to lead a small team.

Responsibilities

Night Shift Warehouse Manager

Hours 9pm - 5.30am

As Night Shift Warehouse Managerat Lathams Hemel Hempstead you will run an efficient warehouse to achieve a high level of customer service. You will be responsible for managing a small team including organising and delivering training. Health and safety is a priority and you will be required to ensure the team adhere to company policies as well as liaise with our Health and Safety Manager to consider any improvements.

You will be responsible for loading, picking and stock management through the night including coordinating workloads to meet deadlines, monitoring stock, equipment, and site security.

You will be highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic with prior experience working as a Warehouse Manager/Supervisoror similar. You will need excellent people management skills and enjoy working as part of a team but also be able to manage your own workload.
