Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Welham Green is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead a busy night shift operation, focusing on safety, productivity and engagement. The role is permanent, full-time, and on-site with a nights pattern from 21:30 to 06:00.

You will develop teams, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement to meet service levels for a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team management experience.
