Job summary

DX Group is seeking a motivated Shift Manager for a night shift to lead daily operations and drive performance. The role focuses on cost-effective, productive shift management while meeting SLA and KPI targets, and delivering the DX Delivered Exactly promise.

You will oversee a team ensuring accurate sortation, safety, and high service levels, with opportunities for development within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the logistics or distribution industry.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the warehousing operation for the shift.
• Ensure activities align with policies and safety standards.
• Manage costs and performance of the shift.
• Drive excellent customer service through the team.
• Develop and train staff, monitoring conduct and absence.
• Monitor KPI performance and implement improvement actions.
• Provide shift handover records with exceptions addressed.
