Job summary

DX Group is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to lead the afternoon/evening and night shift operations within our UK logistics network. You will manage warehousing activities, drive on-time performance and coach a team to deliver the DX Delivered Exactly promise.

You'll oversee KPI targets, control costs, ensure safety and compliance, and provide clear handover records. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy developing frontline leaders, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience in the logistics or distribution industry.
• Ability to lead a shift operation and manage staff.
• Strong focus on customer service and KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the warehousing operation for the shift.
• Ensure activities comply with policies and safety standards.
• Manage costs and performance of the shift.
• Lead and engage a team to drive excellent customer service.
• Provide performance management, coaching, and development for team members.
• Monitor KPIs and communicate actions for improvement.
• Provide shift handover records with exceptions documented.
