Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Northampton is seeking a Warehouse Night Shift Manager to lead operations and drive efficiency. The role includes supervising daily warehouse activities, implementing process improvements and ensuring safety and compliance.

You'll manage five First Line Managers across a 4 on/4 off, 18:00–06:00 shift pattern, with a 33 day leave option and a discretionary bonus. A strong background in logistics leadership and cost-to-serve optimization is essential.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Warehouse Shift Manager in logistics.
Experience in developing and training a team of managers.
Strong focus on cost, productivity, quality and efficiency.
Experience with change management and continuous improvement.
Willingness to work 4 on/4 off and 12-hour shifts.
