Job summary

GXO is seeking Warehouse Operatives in Middlewich for a full-time, permanent night-shift role. The site runs 18:00–06:00 with a 4 on 4 off pattern and 40.69 hours per week, including paid breaks.

Pay is competitive and benefits include annual leave and a company pension, plus access to discounts and wellbeing schemes. You’ll load, unload, pick and store stock using MHE (VNA, Reach, Counterbalance, PPT) and perform quality checks while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate picking and high-quality work.
• Reliable, self-motivated team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.
• PC literate and numerate with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, picking, and putting away stock using MHE on site.
• Handling and preparing goods, including unpacking and restacking pallets with quality checks.
• Maintaining high health and safety, accuracy and attention to detail across warehouse operations.
• Providing excellent customer service and contributing to continuous improvement.
