Job summary

Great Bear in Rugby, Warwickshire, is seeking a Warehouse Administrator on a full-time permanent basis to support the smooth operation of stock control and admin tasks.

You will work Monday to Friday nights, 10pm–6am, ensuring accurate data entry, system updates and KPI reporting while coordinating with colleagues and customers.

The role offers a competitive salary of £29,677 per year and benefits as listed, with opportunities to develop within logistics.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office platform knowledge.
• Pro-active attitude to problem solving.
• Team player attitude.
• Previous admin/stock control experience.
• Experience SAP and WMS systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Daily PID checks.
• Compliance of customer system to mirror WMS.
• Investigation into customer complaints.
• ADHOC slot allocation and booking log compliance.
• RDT direct system uploads.
• Audit traceability exercise completion.
• System updates to include damaged stock and pallet reworks.
• Conducting investigation and control depot KPIs.
• Support warehouse colleagues with WMS issues.
