Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our Rugby site on a full-time permanent basis. The role focuses on completing administrative duties and ensuring customer systems run smoothly for efficient operation.

You will work Monday–Friday nights, 10pm–6am, performing PID checks, stock reconciliations, and SAP/WMS support, with a culture that values teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• . Previous admin/stock control experience.
• . Experience SAP and WMS systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Daily PID checks.
• Compliance of customer system to mirror our WMS system.
• Investigation into customer complaints.
• ADHOC slot allocation and booking log compliance.
• Stock checks.
• RDT direct system uploads.
• Audit traceability exercise completion.
• System updates to include but not limited to damaged stock, pallet reworks.
• Conducting investigation and control depot KPIs.
• Supporting warehouse colleagues with WMS system issues.
