Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, operates an e‑fulfilment site handling beer, wine and spirits in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. The role covers engineering support within the operations team, focusing on printer and IT asset management and routine maintenance to improve efficiency.

The successful candidate will work 4 on 4 off nights (18:00–06:00) on site in Worksop, with a salary up to £28,318 plus a £2,000 night premium, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance of printing and IT assets is desirable.
• Familiarity with commissioning printers and peripheral devices.
• Good problem solving and fault finding skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with 3rd parties on external systems.
• Assist Picking and Packing Team by providing Engineering solutions in an Operational capacity.
• Monitor all machines and ancillary plant to drive efficiency and reliability.
• Carry out planned maintenance, inspections and repairs with minimal disruption to schedules.
• Provide weekly reports to management on status of equipment.
