Job summary

Idverde is hiring Traffic Management Operatives (12AB/IPV Drivers) for evening and night shifts on high-speed roads. The role involves overseeing traffic management per NHSS 12AB standards and safely operating IPV vehicles to protect workers and road users. Training is available for NHSS 12 AB and HGV licence holders.

Qualifications

• Valid NHSS 12 AB qualification (can be trained up if have HGV licence).
• HGV Class 2 and Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience in high-speed traffic management environments.
• Strong understanding of Chapter 8 regulations and safety procedures.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, safety-critical decisions.
• Flexible approach to working hours (including nights and weekends).

• Operate IPV vehicles safely to protect workforce and road users during mobile or short-duration works.
