Job summary

Manpower (United Kingdom) is recruiting for Traffic Management Supervisors (12C) / IPV Drivers to oversee safe traffic management on high‑speed roads, adhering to NHSS 12C and Chapter 8 standards while operating IPV vehicles.

You will work mostly evenings, nights and some days with shift patterns, overtime, and an enhanced rate after 19:00, with on-site supervision responsibilities and opportunities for training at Staverton centre.

Qualifications

• NHSS 12C Supervisor qualification or eligibility for training.
• HGV Class 2 licence and full UK driving licence essential.
• Experience in high-speed traffic management environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver safe, compliant traffic management on high-speed roads.
• Combine on-site supervision with safe operation of IPV vehicles.
• Protect workforce and road users during mobile or short-duration works.
• Follow Chapter 8 regulations and NHSS 12C standards.
