Manpower (United Kingdom) is recruiting Traffic Management Operatives (12AB) / IPV Drivers for permanent, full-time roles in the UK. The positions involve overseeing traffic management on high-speed roads and safe IPV vehicle operation in line with NHSS 12AB standards and Chapter 8 regulations.

Requirements include NHSS 12 AB qualification (or willingness to train if holding an HGV), HGV Class 2 and Full UK driving licence, plus proven leadership and safety-focused decision-making.

Qualifications

• NHSS 12 AB qualification (or training if holding HGV licence)
• HGV Class 2 and full UK licence are essential
• Experience in high-speed traffic management environments preferred
• Strong understanding of Chapter 8 regulations and safety procedures
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick safety decisions

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver safe traffic management operations on high-speed roads
• Operate IPV vehicles in conjunction with on-site works
• Ensure compliance with NHSS 12AB standards and Chapter 8 regulations
• Lead on-site teams and communicate safety instructions clearly
