Job summary

Chevron Traffic Management is hiring 12AB/IPV qualified Night Shift Traffic Management Operatives to cover the Walsall/Wolverhampton area. Flexible night hours, weekend work may be required, with opportunities for advancement through our Internal Academy.

Qualifications

• Lantra 12ab qualification is required.
• IPV qualification is required.
• Knowledge of Chapter 8 regulations is preferred.
• Full driving licence with no more than 6 points; bans must be expired at least 5 years ago.

Responsibilities

• Undertake traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings and near misses.
• Setting up and maintaining traffic management systems.
• Help and guide new trainees.
• Have your IPV Qualification? Then you get to drive the IPV and assist with closures.

Hours: Night shifts - must be flexible to work weekends if and when required.

• Driving Licence: Full licence with no more than 6 points. Any driving bans must have expired at least 5 years ago
• Testing: Must pass a drug and alcohol test (offer contingent on results)
• Attitude: Positive, “can-do” mindset
• Skills: Adaptability, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail
