Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is seeking Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in the UK. The role involves driving an IPV, setting up and removing Traffic Management sites in NHSS compliance, and reporting near misses to site or Operations Managers.

You will read CAD drawings for traffic management, ensure safe working practices, follow RAMS, and complete risk assessments and daily vehicle checks. Relevant qualifications and a valid UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
Right to Work in UK.
Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

Driving an IPV.
Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site or Operation Managers.
Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.
Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
Complete Risk Assessments.
Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.
