Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in the UK. The role involves driving an IPV, setting up and maintaining traffic management sites in NHSS compliance, and reporting near misses to managers.

Candidates must have Lantra TM qualifications, be able to pass a drugs/alcohol check, have right to work in the UK, and hold a full UK driving licence (max 6 points). Driving experience preferred but not required for all levels.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Drive an IPV and operate traffic management equipment.
• Set up, maintain and remove traffic management sites in line with NHSS.
• Report near misses and incidents to site or operations managers.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensure safe and compliant working practices and follow RAMS.
• Complete risk assessments and daily vehicle checks; report defects.
