Responsibilities

• Ensure venue housekeeping is maintained to high standards (cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls).
• Conduct service rounds and provide refreshments per brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behavior and note any suspicious or disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration to achieve 100% accuracy.
• Support promotions to run smoothly and succeed.
• Deliver customer service in line with company standards and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Own and resolve problems, escalating when needed per policy.
• Interact with customers during shifts and log interactions per policy.
• Maintain a sharp personal presentation and adhere to brand dress code.
