Job summary

MERKUR Casino UK in Peterborough is hiring a Team Member Nights to join our busy venue. You will work 30 hours per week with a pay rate of £12.84–£13.84 per hour, with enhanced pay between 23:00 and 06:00.

You will welcome customers, maintain high standards of service, support promotions, and uphold brand guidelines. Flexibility to work weekends/bank holidays is required, with training provided to help you become a confident member of our team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environments.
• Proven customer service excellence.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Flexible and dedicated; available weekends/bank holidays.
• Attention to detail.
• Industry and compliance training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain venue housekeeping to high standards and clean gaming equipment.
• Offer service rounds and refreshments per brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour and note suspicious or disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration with high accuracy.
• Support promotions to run smoothly and successfully.
• Deliver customer service that meets company standards and achieves satisfaction.
• Log interactions with customers during shifts and escalate when needed.
• Maintain presentation and dress code while on duty.
• Build product knowledge to guide customers on their journey.
