MERKUR Slots is inviting applications for a Night Team Member (part-time) in Oldham. You will work a 24-hour week, covering night shifts and delivering a warm, welcoming service to customers in a fast-paced gaming environment.

The role requires strong communication, reliability and the ability to work on a rota that includes weekends and bank holidays. We offer training, colleagues, and opportunities for progression within a market-leading business.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail, hospitality or gambling environment.
• Experienced delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Flexible and dedicated.
• Attention to detail.
• Industry and compliance training will be given.

Responsibilities

• Ensure venue housekeeping is of the highest standard, cleaning gaming equipment, floors and surfaces.
• Ensure service rounds and refreshments are offered per brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour and note any suspicious or disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration to achieve 100% accuracy.
• Help ensure promotions run smoothly and are successful.
• Provide customer service in line with company standards and log interactions as required.
• Maintain brand dress code and personal presentation on duty.
• Share product knowledge to support the customer journey and enjoyment.
