Job summary

MERKUR Slots at Kilburn is seeking a Team Member to deliver excellent customer service and maintain the venue's high standards. You will work night shifts during 23:00–06:00, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth operation across busy periods.

Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling helps, and you will be trained to meet company standards. You must be flexible for weekends and Bank Holidays and committed to safeguarding and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills are essential.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environments is preferred.
• Ability to work on a rota that includes weekends and bank holidays.
• Strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high venue cleanliness and presentation throughout shifts.
• Provide great customer service and promote brand standards.
• Monitor customer behaviour and escalate issues per policy.
• Assist with administration and ensure accurate records.
• Support promotions and ensure customer satisfaction across shifts.
