Tesco Shift Lead Night role is to guide the store team during night shifts, ensuring great customer service and smooth operations across all departments. You will be the point of accountability on the shop floor and help maintain a welcoming, efficient environment for customers.

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
