Job summary

Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team at Translink, Belfast. This role involves delivering high-quality housekeeping services across offices and amenity areas, with a 37.5 hour week, 5 days out of 7, including night shifts from 9pm to 5pm.

You will ensure stock levels and equipment are well maintained and operate to client specifications. We offer 28 days annual leave, a company pension scheme, an employee assistance programme, a financial wellbeing

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous work experience in customer service employment.
• NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors would be an advantage but not essential.
• Current BICS Qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Providing the highest level of housekeeping/ cleaning service within your area of responsibility in line with clients' specifications.
• Responding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out duties in a professional and courteous manner.
• Providing a range of general cleaning services to include offices/ meeting rooms, toilets/showers, laboratories and amenity areas sitewide.
• Ensuring stocks are replenished in your area of responsibility.
• Ensuring regular checks are carried out to equipment/machines and reporting any defects.
