Mount Charles is recruiting a Cleaning Operative for a night-shift role based at Translink Trains - Fortwilliam, Belfast. You will perform cleaning duties, litter removal, graffiti erasure and toilet maintenance, with safety and compliance at the forefront.

The role requires working 9pm–5am, 37.5 hours per week, with prospects for career development and training within a supportive, family-oriented facilities management environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out delegated cleaning duties following procedures.
• Litter picking and graffiti removal.
• Clean and replenish toilets; dispose of waste safely.
• Handle bio-hazards and dispose of sharps appropriately.
• Clean overhead racks and external areas near rail tracks.
• Report safety issues and faulty equipment to Line Manager.
• Work with various cleaning chemicals; ensure safe use.
• Outdoor work in varying weather, including nights.
