Job summary

Mollie’s is seeking a Night Reception Supervisor to lead the night team and deliver excellent guest experiences. You will work closely with the Reception Manager and housekeeping to maintain brand standards and operational procedures, ensuring smooth night operations and seamless service for guests.

The role requires a minimum of one year in a Night Receptionist/Porter/Auditor position, with a drive to progress to supervisor level in a fast-growing hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or reception roles is essential.
• Able to work nights and stay calm under pressure.
• Personable with strong communication and guest service focus.

Responsibilities
