Mollie’s is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our warm team and deliver the high standards of service we are known for. Reporting to the Reception Manager, you will ensure smooth check‑in/out processes and uphold Mollie’s brand room standards.

You should have at least 1 year of receptionist experience, be personable with strong attention to detail, and eager to learn within a fast‑growing hospitality business.

• Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check‑in/check‑out processes in line with Mollie’s brand
• Collaborate with housekeeping to maintain room standards and guest policies
• Support the Reception Manager and supervise where appropriate to ensure smooth operations
