Qualifications

• Minimum of one year’s experience as a hotel receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Must be over 18 under the Working Time Directive 1998.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming front desk service to guests and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Maintain Mollie’s brand room standards and guest policies with collaboration from housekeeping.
• Work as part of a team to deliver a memorable guest experience and uphold highest service standards.
