Job summary

Merkur Slots UK Limited is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our Retford venue. You will be responsible for opening, trading and closing the venue, mentoring team members and ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance.

You will work as part of a dynamic team, with training and development provided. The role requires strong communication skills, initiative and flexibility to cover day and night shifts in a 24-hour operation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role within gaming, retail, hospitality or related industry.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and people skills; able to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Open, trade and close the venue.
• Support the venue manager with day-to-day activities.
• Maintain interior and exterior standards and housekeeping.
• Drive customer service and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Lead and mentor team members to achieve targets.
