Job summary

Student Roost is seeking a Night Owl Customer Service Advisor to support residents at Hillfort House in Brighton, primarily during the 20:00-08:00 shift. You will be the first point of contact, handling enquiries, rent collection, and basic welfare issues while ensuring a welcoming, home-like environment for students.

The role emphasizes delivering a high level of service, coordinating events, and assisting with late viewings, parcels, and maintenance requests. DBS check will be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience.
• Ability to handle enquiries and resolve issues.
• Comfortable with sales, taking payments, and following processes.
• Organised and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for residents between 8pm and 8am.
• Assist with on-site events and late-night viewings.
• Collect rent and liaise with overseas agents.
• Support residents with maintenance, parcels, directions or chats.
