Job summary

Student Roost is seeking a Night Owl Customer Service Advisor for the York site, working 20:00–08:00. You will be the first contact for residents, handling enquiries, payments, and welfare support, with a DBS check required. The role supports events and community engagement, across 42 hours weekly.

The fixed-term position lasts 6 months, based at The Boulevard, York, with salary £30,466.80 per year. You will play a key role in resident experience and debt management as part of a busy on-site

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional resident experience during 8pm–8am, acting as first point of contact.
• Run onsite events and facilitate late night viewings.
• Collect rent and liaise with overseas agents.
• Assist residents with maintenance issues and parcel collection.
• Support administrative tasks and keep accurate records.
