Vita Student in Glasgow is seeking a Night-time Customer Service Assistant to deliver premium resident experiences from 9pm to 6am, 18 hours per week on a fixed-term contract to 1 December 2026. The role includes front-of-house duties, ensuring upkeep of the site and handling resident enquiries.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, addressing questions, housekeeping of communal areas, parcel management, and incident response with a focus on safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• Experienced customer service professional.
• Hands-on, proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness of communal areas.
• Technologically adept with property management software or systems.

Responsibilities

• Front of House / Reception; greet residents and guests warmly.
• Answer questions and provide information as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of premium site & facilities during night shift.
• Ensure facilities are looked after respectfully by residents and guests.
• Provide solutions to issues or challenges that arise.
• Conduct block walks every 4–6 hours and report findings.
• Replenish stock (coffee, tea, milk, vending items).
• Manage and store parcels for easy access.
• Be the primary contact for incidents or emergencies onsite.
• Maintain waste management areas in line with health and safety regs.
