Job summary

MERKUR Casino UK Ltd in Exeter is seeking a Team Member Nights to help deliver a warm welcome and a great gaming experience. You will play a key role in housekeeping, service rounds, and customer interaction while upholding brand standards and policies.

The role offers 40 hours per week, with pay in the £12.84–£13.84 per hour range and a special night rate between 23:00 and 06:00. Training will be provided to support you in this exciting environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail, hospitality or gambling environment.
• Experienced delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Flexible and dedicated.
• Attention to detail.
• Industry and compliance training will be given.

Responsibilities

• Maintain venue housekeeping to a high standard (cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls).
• Offer service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour for safety and smooth operation.
• Assist with administration as required to 100% accuracy.
• Help ensure promotions run smoothly and are a success.
• Provide customer service in line with company standards and achieve satisfaction.
• Own and resolve problems, escalating per policy.
• Log interactions with customers during shifts as required.
