Job summary

Arcus FM Limited in Redditch is seeking a Team Manager to lead a small helpdesk team, coaching and mentoring to provide frontline support to our client and to manage reactive and planned maintenance work orders.

You’ll deliver results from a desk-based perspective, reporting daily on work order resolution status to senior management and coordinating multiple projects for a single client in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading helpdesk or frontline teams beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small helpdesk team, coaching and mentoring to deliver frontline client support.
• Oversee receipt, processing and scheduling of reactive and planned maintenance work orders.
• Provide accurate daily reports on work order resolution status to senior management.
• Build rapport across business areas and manage projects for a single client.
