Job summary

Gousto is hiring a Section Leader for the Nights shift (Purple). You will be the primary point of contact for operatives across production areas, supporting line flow and escalation of issues to team leaders and supervisors.

You will drive GMP standards, deliver KPIs, and lead briefings. The role requires prior leadership, strong organisation, and excellent communication within a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in influencing/leading a team.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident and forward-thinking team player with good communication.
• Knowledge of warehouse fulfilment and target-driven environment.
• Strong teamwork to ensure orders are on time and complete.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to lead team briefs.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line support within your area for issues such as PPE, Station Ownership Cards, blockages, and tote out conveyors.
• Complete good-to-go checks daily within the required timeframe.
• Help deliver and uphold GMP standards in your area.
• Provide feedback to team members and collaborate with agencies.
• Support the delivery of operational KPIs and report discrepancies.
• Escalate issues to team leaders and supervisors.
• Report near misses or hazards and promote safety awareness on site.
