Job summary

Greencore Group in Worksop is seeking a Line Coordinator for a night shift (Wed–Sat 17:30–05:00) to support production, safety and people. You will coordinate a team, rotate tasks and help develop skills to hit KPIs.

This role requires strong communication, planning and data-entry capability, with focus on food safety and quality standards. A busy, fast-paced environment at a leading UK food manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Confident and clear communicator able to engage and motivate teams.
• Commitment to multi-skilling and developing others.
• Basic health and safety awareness and practices.
• Understanding of changing pace in a manufacturing process.
• Experience delivering a production plan and meeting KPIs.
• Comfort with data entry and traceability systems.

Responsibilities

• Be primary contact for a team, greet arrivals and departures.
• Coordinate colleagues to rotate tasks and develop skills.
• Support talent spotting and guide team development.
• Cover breaks, manage working time and report absences.
• Complete prestart safety checks and report near misses.
• Ensure production aligns with plan and capture KPI data.
